Dua Lipa has slapped Samsung with a $15 million lawsuit because the electronics giant allegedly stuck her face on the boxes of its TVs without so much as a “would you mind?” The image in question — a backstage shot from the 2024 Austin City Limits Festival, which Lipa actually owns the copyright to — apparently started gracing Samsung’s packaging in 2025.

The best part?

Samsung’s filing leans on actual social media posts from shoppers gleefully admitting they bought a Samsung TV solely because Dua Lipa was on the box, which is either the world’s most accidental celebrity endorsement or the most damning evidence Samsung could have hoped never to see!

Hilarious.

Now that I think about it…am I infringing her infringed pic? (Sorry Miss Lipa!)
