Drugs of choice

Recent studies suggest that increased intelligence is related to a higher likelihood of recreational drug use. If you think this is just more of that sciencey mumbo jumbo put forth by some random scientician, I don't blame you. But, to put the theory to the test, Salon has made the effort to link some of history's greatest thinkers to their vice of choice.

For instance, did you know that Freud and Edison were snow blowers, Carl Sagan sparked the doobie, and Jobs and Gates liked to hang with Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds (although Gates SWEARS he never missed a day of work)?

Me? I prefer a solid IPA to get some real thinkin' done. But, clearly, these folks have dabbled/dove head first into heavier indulgences to get the ol' creative juices flowing.
